RETURNS & REFUNDS

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

Please make sure you check your items carefully before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Flat pack items MUST NOT be assembled using a power tool.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification;

To cancel, you can e-mail us or write to us (see Contact us for details) within seven working days* quoting your order number, you can find this at the top right on your receipt.

You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them

We refund the value of your goods. The original delivery charge is non-refundable

During payment, we also ask for your card billing address as an additional security check. New security checks like the card signature code have recently been introduced to protect your credit card details online. No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been processed. This is why you need to enter your address and card details each time you order.

Home Essentials may send you emails from time to time. We will never send an email asking for your personal information / or direct you to a web page that asks for this information.

The colours of goods as shown on the website will depend on many factors – including your display settings; the sizes and shapes of the goods may differ in real life from how they appear on your screen.

We provide dimensions and measurements in the descriptions of the goods and it is your responsibility to check that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose;

For an accurate DESCRIPTION please contact us and we will forward any further information that is required, all goods are subject to availability and we may not be able to supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund to you any money paid to us in respect of those goods which we are no longer able to supply;
